INSIDE EL STUDIO

 I began my career as a freelance Artist for interior designers in New York City. 1997
This allowed me to work in a variety of mediums, develop a style, and also become accustomed to the process of commission work and all its subsequent creative process lessons.

INSIDE THE STUDIO is a glimpse into a pivotal part of the process that happens as a flow when time is still.
Drawing, painting, journaling, sketching- all is part of the creative process. Some pieces become paintings or other drawings and get framed and sold; others become seeds of ideas for future work.

NOTE: in 2017, a fire destroyed much of my archives, especially paintings I have done for work in NYC and also some in Chile.

My motto as I travel through life has become more and more inspired by the time and space I inhabit than by drawing what I see with my physical eyes.

i also lived in tampa hwere i was mostly interested in biking and seeing the sunset.,
